accu.io ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at accu.io. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our site or submit our contact form, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We keep this simple: we collect the minimum necessary to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

// Information We Collect

When you submit the contact form on our site, you provide:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• A message describing your business challenge

This information is transmitted to and stored by Formspree (formspree.io), the third-party service that powers our contact form. Formspree delivers your submission to us via email and retains a copy on their servers subject to their own privacy policy.

You may provide the same details (name, email, and a description of your challenge) by chatting with the AI concierge on our homepage instead of using the form — see the section below.

// AI Concierge

Our homepage offers an AI concierge — a chat box where you can describe your business challenge in plain language. Here is exactly how it works:

• The messages you type are sent to Anthropic (the maker of Claude) to generate the concierge's replies. They are processed to produce a response and are not used to train Anthropic's models.
• We save the conversation — the full chat — in our own Cloudflare database, so we can follow up, understand what visitors need, and improve our services. It stays within our account and is not sold or shared.
• If you choose to share your name and email through the chat, those details — and a short summary of your challenge — are sent to us through Formspree, exactly as a contact-form submission would be.
• You are never required to use the concierge. The standard contact form does the same job without sending anything to Anthropic and without creating a chat transcript.

Anthropic processes the messages under its own privacy policy. To have your stored conversation deleted, contact us using the details below.

// Automatically Collected Information

Our site is served through Cloudflare, a content delivery and security network. As part of providing this service, Cloudflare automatically collects and logs:

• IP addresses of visitors
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Page requests and timestamps

This data is collected by Cloudflare as part of their infrastructure and is subject to their privacy policy. accu.io does not have access to raw Cloudflare server logs under a standard plan.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless measurement tool that reports aggregate visit counts, referrers, country, and device type. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not track you across other websites.

When you use the AI concierge, we save the conversation in our own Cloudflare database — the full chat text, along with a timestamp, your approximate country and city, the referring page, and (only if you submit them) your name and email. This data stays within our Cloudflare account and is not sold or shared. See the AI Concierge section above for detail.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any cross-site behavioral tracking or advertising technology on this site.

// How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Evaluate whether we're a good fit to work together
• Follow up on our conversation if you've expressed interest

We do not add you to marketing lists, share your information with third parties for commercial purposes, or use your information for any purpose other than responding to you directly.

// Data Retention

Form submissions are retained in Formspree for as long as our account is active. Email correspondence is retained in our email system. AI concierge conversations are retained in our Cloudflare database. If you would like us to delete your information — including a stored conversation — contact us and we will remove it from our possession and request deletion from Formspree.

// Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request that inaccurate information be corrected
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal information
• Opt-out — California residents may opt out of the "sale" of personal information (we do not sell data)
